Initial consultations with us in person or virtually are always complimentary with no obligations – we would never expect a couple to hire us before first getting to know us and finding compatibility.

Once we decide to work together, our process is as follows:

Foundation
-Initial planning session in person, telephone or Skype – whichever you prefer
-We will further get to know you and what you are looking for in your ceremony
-Review base ceremony templates and decide how to customize – as much as you want
-Brainstorm what additional elements you would like to include in the ceremony – anything from Unity Candles to specific religious or personal beliefs

Creation
-We craft the ceremony script to your specifications and package
-Including Ceremony Enhancements

Revision
-We revise the ceremony with you until it is perfected, as many times as it takes

Preparation
-We can attend your ceremony rehearsal (if you are having one) and do a run-through
-Coordinate with your wedding planner (if present) so everyone is in sync

Celebration
-Wedding Day Ceremony
-Coordinate witness signing of the license
-Let you get to the party!

The timing of our process varies based on how long we have until your wedding day, but regardless we will provide you with a timeline that we will follow throughout the process.
